Urban resort in its most literal expression. Bar Bibi is inspired by the effortless luxury of sunbathing on the Mediterranean coast. Poolside cabanas, shaded tables, and Bibi Courtyard together set the scene for bright coastal fare, chilled granitas, and afternoons that unfold at their own pace.

Late sunny mornings are peppered with pressed pineapple carpaccio and fresh focaccia. Leisurely afternoons are met with bright ceviches, house-made pizzettas, and a round of granitas to cap off a day of great adventure.

Bibi Courtyard is open to the public, welcoming hotel guests, members, and visitors alike with relaxed outdoor seating and a menu shared with Bar Bibi throughout the day. Reservations are available and strongly encouraged.

Bar Bibi, along with the poolside tables just beyond, is reserved for hotel guests and Club Bardo members. Seating is first come, first served and reservations are not offered.
